Princess Eugenie is reportedly weighing up whether to flee the UK and join Prince Harry and Meghan Markle in America following her father Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor\u2019s arrest last month.<\/p>\n

Eugenie, 35, and elder sister Beatrice have been under pressure about how much they knew about their father\u2019s dealings with Jeffrey Epstein, as well as their mother\u2019s links to the convicted paedophile.<\/p>\n

However, Eugenie \u2014 who splits her time between Portugal and Kensington Palace \u2014 is apparently considering jumping across the Atlantic to join her cousin Prince Harry and his wife Meghan in California, according to Radar<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The move wouldn\u2019t just be a lifestyle change, according to an insider source, as Eugenie looks to collaborate in her cousins\u2019 philanthropic work in the United States.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s understood her relationship with Harry and Meghan \u201chasn\u2019t faded\u201d despite the Sussexes leaving the UK in 2020 and causing tension in the royal family.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere have been preliminary discussions about how Eugenie\u2019s experience and interests could dovetail with the initiatives Harry and Meghan are developing, particularly in the charitable and creative spaces,\u201d an insider told Radar Online.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt is still at a very early stage \u2013 no contracts, no official announcements \u2013 but there is a mutual willingness to explore what that collaboration might look like.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cFor Eugenie, this is not about making a dramatic statement or turning her back on anyone. It is about establishing a professional path that stands on its own merits, separate from the turbulence surrounding her family. She is conscious of how easily her public image can be defined by events beyond her control, and she is keen to build something that reflects her own values and capabilities.\u201d<\/p>\n
