Hugh Jackman and Sutton Foster\u2019s alleged wedding plans have reportedly hit a major snag. <\/p>\n
Jackman and Foster \u2013 who co-starred in the Broadway production The Music Man from 2021 to 2023 \u2013 were first romantically linked in late 2024 before confirming their relationship in January 2025 when they were photographed holding hands on a dinner date in Santa Monica.<\/p>\n
Reports then emerged in January claiming that Jackman had proposed and the pair were well underway planning their wedding. <\/p>\n
However, now an insider has claimed that the wedding plans have been put on ice for the time being, and it\u2019s all because of his children. <\/p>\n
According to National Enquirer, all of his children remain \u201csteadfastly loyal\u201d to their mother, Deborra-lee Furness Furness and have still not found it in themselves to be able to be happy for their famous dad.<\/p>\n
\u201cHugh really wants his kids at the wedding. They both want their loved ones with them to celebrate,\u201d said the insider. <\/p>\n
\u201cEven though Hugh is excited to start this next chapter with Sutton, he has to be sensitive to his kids. They\u2019re incredibly protective of their mother… he wants to be respectful of that,\u201d the source continued. <\/p>\n
The insider added that he\u2019s set on making sure all his children attend, and he refuses to throw the wedding without them there. <\/p>\n
