Colby Covington<\/a> is majorly disappointed with the UFC Freedom 250 card.<\/p>\n

Covington, a longtime supporter of U.S. President Donald Trump, wanted to fight at the White House and was game to lock horns<\/a> with Paddy Pimblett and even Bo Nickal. However, the UFC denied him a spot on the June 14 card.<\/p>\n

The promotion announced the UFC Freedom 250 bouts this past weekend, and many in the MMA community are not pleased with the fights, including Covington.\u201cChaos\u201d is not only unhappy about his exclusion but has also criticized the quality of fights the promotion has planned to stage on the South Lawn of the White House on June 14.<\/p>\n

During a recent interview with MMA Junkie, he opined that the White House card is \u2018terrible and disorganized, as the promotion doesn\u2019t care anymore.\u2019<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s piss poor at best. The fans have spoken; they said they hate it. It\u2019s a terrible card. They promised 6 or 7 title fights, now they have one title fight and an interim title fight they just put together last minute. The thing was so disorganized. They put it together last minute, there wasn\u2019t any big high ranking American fighters. Who are the guys representing America on the 250th birthday of America? It seems like they don\u2019t care anymore. They made all that money with Paramount, and they\u2019re just happy. It is what it is.\u201d<\/p>\n

During the same interview, he added that Hunter Campbell has made it clear that Covington needs to fight the winner of the UFC Winnipeg headliner<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cHunter made it pretty clear he wants me to fight the winner of [Mike ]Malott vs. [Gilbert ]Burns.\u201d<\/p>\n

Bo Nickal believes Colby Covington turned down opportunity to fight him At White House<\/p>\n

UFC middleweight Bo Nickal wanted to face Colby Covington at the White House and make Covington pay for the remarks he made about Nickal at the RAF 05 presser.

Nickal, who is now a part of the UFC Freedom 250 lineup, will take on Kyle Daukaus (17-4).<\/p>\n

During a recent interview with Ariel Helwani<\/a>, Nickal alleged that the matchmakers reached out to Covington to fight him at the White House, but \u201cChaos\u201d chickened out. He said:<\/p>\n

\u201cThe [UFC] told him, \u2018If you want to be on this card, you have to fight Bo,\u2019 and he said no. He would rather be a coward and not fight me than be on the White House card, which is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.
