The Carlton boss said there\u2019d been an internal \u201cshift\u201d at the club and emphasised the need to celebrating wins, no matter how big or small, even though there\u2019s plenty to tidy up on field. <\/p>\n

\u201cBut in terms of being able to activating what we needed late in the game, we activated pretty well and obviously were able to get the win in the end.\u201d<\/p>\n
