Neither is the region\u2019s electricity mix spared from the crisis, with several economies obtaining most of their power generation from liquified natural gas (LNG) imports.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words mb-4 md:mb-6\" data-testid=\"article-paragraph-component\">Across the region, governments have <a class=\"text-verticals-btblue underline\" data-testid=\"article-annotation-link-component\" href=\"https:\/\/www.businesstimes.com.sg\/international\/global\/asias-fuel-crunch-forces-four-day-weeks-and-school-closures\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">introduced energy-saving measures<\/a>.
