Robbie Williams has let his Perth fans down after leaving WA off the map of the itinerary for his Australian tour this year.<\/p>\n

The British pop phenomenon announced on Tuesday he will be bringing his Britpop world tour Down Under in November for some of his biggest Aussie shows to date.<\/p>\n

Fans on the east and south coast had reason to celebrate after learning he will kick the tour off in Adelaide on November 7 before heading to Melbourne, Sydney, Newcastle \u2014 for the first time \u2014 and Brisbane.<\/p>\n

However, Perth fans were left disappointed with no shows announced for WA.<\/p>\n

One fan urged for a re-do of his 2023 concert after gridlock traffic in the Swan Valley caused some concertgoers to miss the start of the show.<\/p>\n

\u201cPlease come back to Perth, we need a do-over. Loved the concert but we suffered for it,\u201d she said on Facebook.<\/p>\n

Another fan said: \u201cPerth is part of Australia too. Plenty of fans here too. Not happy Perth missed out.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cDevo he\u2019s not coming to Perth,\u201d someone else said on Facebook.<\/p>\n

\u201cJoin the club Perth now you know how Tassie feels every time someone tours,\u201d a fourth fan added.<\/p>\n

The comments section of social media tour announcements were also filled with fans responding with \u201cNo Perth\u201d.<\/p>\n

The 52-year-old will continue the party on a milestone New Zealand leg, which lands at Auckland\u2019s Eden Park for one night only before visiting Christchurch for the first time in 25 years, during which he will become the first international artist to perform at the city\u2019s new One New Zealand Stadium.<\/p>\n

The tour will celebrate his surprise album Britpop, released in January, which is a nod to the 90s and features collaborations with Chris Martin from Coldplay, Gaz Coombes, Black Sabbath legend Tony Iommi, Mexican pop duo Jesse and Joy and Gary Barlow.<\/p>\n

Williams said Australia and New Zealand have always had a \u201cvery special place in my heart\u201d.<\/p>\n

\u201cEver since my first solo tours, you have welcomed me with open arms and made me feel at home,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m beyond excited to be coming back this November for the Britpop World Tour. Can\u2019t wait to see you all there.\u201d<\/p>\n

Williams said the album was something he wanted to create after he left Take That in 1995.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt was the peak of Britpop and a golden age for British Music. I\u2019ve worked with some of my heroes on this album; it\u2019s raw, there are more guitars and it\u2019s an album that\u2019s even more upbeat and anthemic than usual,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere\u2019s some \u2018Brit\u2019 in there and there\u2019s certainly some \u2018pop\u2019 too \u2013 I\u2019m immensely proud of this as a body of work and I\u2019m excited for fans to hear this album.\u201d<\/p>\n

Williams was last in Australia on his XXV Tour where he performed hits like Angels, Feel, Better Man, Love My Life and Let Me Entertain You.<\/p>\n

Last year, he headlined New Year\u2019s Eve at the Sydney Opera House.<\/p>\n

More recently he set the stage alight at the Brit Awards earlier this month when he fronted Black Sabbath to perform a rendition of No More Tears in a tribute to Ozzy Osbourne.<\/p>\n
