This can make it increasingly <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mpamag.com\/au\/news\/general\/first-home-buyers-struggle-with-rising-prices-deposits\/539358\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">difficult for first-home buyers<\/a> and renters to enter the market, even in cities known for their long-term growth potential.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhen considering buying in an up-and-coming area, it\u2019s important to look past the hype.
