Pole Iga Swiatek, the No 3 seed, beat Russian Anastasia Potapova 6-1, 6-4 to advance to the round of 32 of the Cincinnati Open at the Lindner Family Tennis Center on Saturday.<\/p>\n

Swiatek, ranked No 3, will play Ukrainian Marta Kostyuk, the No 25 seed, next. Kostyuk advanced by dismantling German Tatjana Maria 6-0, 6-1 at the Lindner Family Tennis Center on Saturday evening.<\/p>\n

This is Swiatek\u2019s 64th consecutive opening match won at WTA events (including United Cup and WTA
Finals). She\u2019s the first player since Monica Seles to do so (64 between Washington 1990 and
Oakland 1996).<\/p>\n
