A pedestrian is in hospital with serious injuries, after being struck by a woman who fell from the building above him in Melbourne’s CBD.<\/p>\n
Ambulance Victoria was called to a scene on William Street about 11:55am today.<\/p>\n
A woman, who is yet to be identified, was found dead at the scene.\u00a0<\/p>\n
