And now a sighting of the famous Collingwood family with a Tasmanian director has only added to the speculation. <\/p>\n
News emerged over the weekend that the Daicos family was in Tasmania during the incoming 19th club\u2019s much-awaited VFL debut.<\/p>\n
It comes amid ongoing links between Nick Daicos and the Devils as a potential inaugural signing for the expansion side. <\/p>\n
\u201cThe fact that he and his family are in Tassie this weekend for a couple of cashies is just quite ridiculous timing,\u201d AFL journalist Tom Morris reported on SEN radio.<\/p>\n
\u201cPure coincidence, I\u2019m told.\u201d<\/p>\n
The Daicoses also met with Devils board director Roger Curtis, who took a picture with Nick, Josh and their legendary father Peter during their time in the Apple Isle.<\/p>\n
Curtis was a lifelong Collingwood fan before joining the Devils.<\/p>\n
