Isis Sio\u00a0is in the hospital after a\u00a0scary injury.<\/p>\n

The 19-year-old boxer has been placed into a medically induced coma after suffering a knockout during the first round of a ProBox TV card match on March 21, the organization confirmed in a statement.<\/p>\n

Isis\u2014whose turned professional in September and so far has gone 1-3 in the ring\u2014was competing against Jocelyn Camarillo in the match when she was knocked out, per ESPN<\/a>, after receiving a series of head shots.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The outlet reports she received immediate medical attention and could be seen convulsing as she was taken out of the arena on a stretcher.
