Sixty units have been designated as affordable housing. Beneath the towers, a four-level podium will accommodate shared dining, work-from-home and games rooms, along with a communal open space and various resident amenities, on the podium rooftop.

Director at AJC Architects Brian Mariotti said, “Our vision for 88 Waterloo was to create a new benchmark for sustainable urban living in Macquarie Park, centred around a shared ‘urban backyard’ that provides generous outdoor space for residents.
