New food options at the ballpark were also on display, including items inspired by players like Jes\u00fas Luzardo and Cristopher S\u00e1nchez.<\/p>\n
S\u00e1nchez is the starting pitcher for Thursday’s home opener.<\/p>\n
“The most important thing is I feel healthy. So it’s just go out there and give my 100 percent,” he told Action News.<\/p>\n
Phillies legends Cole Hamels and Ryan Howard also attended Tuesday night’s party. Howard spoke about the excitement that always surrounds the start of the season.<\/p>\n
“You can feed off the fans, feel the electricity as you’re walking through, and just get ready for the season to start,” he said.<\/p>\n
Speaking about this upcoming season, Middleton said, “I think this is a team we expect to win, and win a lot and be in the postseason. And do some real damage in the postseason.”<\/p>\n
