Smith, the son of former UFC fighter Gilbert Smith has now won seven fights in a row, and now has secured his first UFC finish in emphatic style.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1nfb3k4i _16w9vov1 _16w9vov0 ls9zuh1\">The knockout was somewhat difficult to watch, as Smith used all of his might to slam Kazama to the canvas, while also using his left arm to push down towards the floor to add even more leverage. Kazama was unconscious for quite some time, and even when he opened his eyes, he was still on another planet with the damage he suffered during the fight-finishing move.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1nfb3k4i _16w9vov1 _16w9vov0 ls9zuh1\">The finish opened the eyes of many fighters \u2014 both past and present \u2014 including the recently retired Dustin Poirier.
