Nelly and Jessica Korda are teeing it up together at an official LPGA event for the first time since 2023, marking a reunion on tour for one of professional golf\u2019s most prominent sibling pairs. Both women will compete in the Ford Championship<\/a> in Phoenix, running from Thursday, March 26 through Sunday, March 29.<\/p>\n

Jessica, 33, is returning to competition after a back injury and the birth of her first child, a son named Greyson. \u201cI didn\u2019t think I would tee it up again after I was withdrawing out of a couple events in 2023, so being here, feeling good, we\u2019ll see where it takes us,\u201d Jessica, a six-time LPGA Tour winner, told Golfweek<\/a>. \u201cThree years is a very long time.\u201d<\/p>\n

The sisters have appeared in nearly 100 LPGA events together since the 2013 U.S. Women\u2019s Open, though they are often assigned to different waves. But as Nelly told Town & Country<\/a> last year, the game has always had a more personal element for her thanks to her sister.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ve been around sports my whole life. My parents<\/a> were both professional athletes, so that competitive spirit was just part of our household,\u201d Nelly told T&C. (Their tennis pro brother Sebastian Korda<\/a> recently defeated Carlos Alcaraz<\/a> in the second round of the Miami Open<\/a>.) \u201cI fell in love with golf when I was really young, watching my older sister Jessica play. She paved the way for me in so many ways.\u201d<\/p>\n

Nelly, 27, is currently ranked number two on the official Rolex Women’s World Golf Rankings<\/a> and is among one of the highest-paid female athletes worldwide<\/a>. She opened the 2026 season with a win before taking six weeks away from the tour. She returned last week at the Fortinet Founders Cup<\/a>, where she finished one stroke behind winner and the world\u2019s number one, Hyo Joo Kim of South Korea.<\/p>\n
