The Dublin, Ireland native went 2-0 in singles and 2-1 in doubles for the week.<\/p>\n<p>Borisov also led No. 4 Wake Forest&#8217;s Charlie Robertson at No. 1 singles, 7-5, 4-1 when that match went unfinished on Sunday. He won 6-4 and 6-3 against Norfolk State and UNC Asheville, respectively, at No. 1 doubles. He then won 7-5, 7-5 and 6-2 and 6-2 against the same two teams at No. 2 singles.<\/p>\n<p>Borisov is 5-4 in dual-match singles play this season and 5-5 in doubles dual play.<\/p>\n<p>The Big South weekly honor is a first for Borisov. <a href=\"https:\/\/longwoodlancers.com\/sports\/mens-tennis\/roster\/alejandro-uribe\/6235\" rel=\"smarttag nofollow noopener\" rev=\"6235\" target=\"_blank\">Alejandro Uribe<\/a> was also named Player of the Week this season on Feb. 25 this season.<\/p>\n<p>Longwood (6-5) is in action Wednesday at Howard.
