Of the 73 participants aged 65 and over, results from<br \/>\nthose who completed the program showed significant improvements in loneliness,<br \/>\nsocial anxiety, psychological distress and overall quality of life.<\/p>\n<p>Participants reported high levels of satisfaction, noting<br \/>\nthe program\u2019s accessibility, enjoyment and lasting benefits.
