Taylor Lautner and his wife, also named Taylor, have announced to the world that they are expecting their first child after four years as a married couple.<\/p>\n

The 34-year-old actor, best known for playing Jacob in The Twilight Saga, and the registered nurse took to social media on Friday to share their happy news with their combined 12 million Instagram followers.<\/p>\n

For the announcement, the couple posted a series of beautiful images of themselves frolicking in a field with Taylor kissing Tay\u2019s growing baby bump while she held up ultrasound photos.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhat\u2019s better than two Taylor Lautners?\u201d the caption said.<\/p>\n

Fellow celebrities and fans flooded the comments section to congratulate the couple on their new addition to the family.<\/p>\n

Twilight co-star Nikki Reed, who played Rosalie, said: \u201cOh my goodness\ud83e\udd79\u2764\ufe0f heart bursting. I love you guys. I can\u2019t wait to watch your journey as parents unfold.\u201d<\/p>\n

Singer Natasha Perry said: \u201cThe best news ever ever ever!\u201d and added \u201cI\u2019m smiling so big my cheeks hurt\u201d.<\/p>\n

E! News host Erin Lim Rhodes said: \u201cYEZZZ!!! CONGRATS TAY AND TAY!!! Can\u2019t wait to meet baby Tay!\u201d<\/p>\n

It comes after the couple got married on November 11, 2022, at Epoch Estate Wines in California, in front of about 100 friends and family, exactly one year after their engagement.<\/p>\n

They met in 2018 after being introduced by Taylor\u2019s sister, Makena Moore.<\/p>\n

In the years since their wedding, the couple has started a podcast called The Squeeze, where they discuss mental health and wellbeing topics.<\/p>\n

While working together can be difficult, the pair told People in December 2024 that they\u2019ve had to figure out \u201cwhen to stop talking about work\u201d so they can keep that part of their lives separate from their downtime.<\/p>\n

After Tay changed her surname, which used to be Dome, her husband spoke about the challenges of sharing the same name.<\/p>\n

\u201cPackages are becoming tough. We need to figure something out because when I\u2019m buying stuff for her and she\u2019s buying stuff for me, we\u2019re going to have some surprised spoiled if we open the wrong Taylor Lautner package,\u201d he told the Good Guys podcast.<\/p>\n
