Princess Anne\u2019s husband, Sir Timothy Laurence, made a blistering comment to disgraced Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor during their final public appearance together.<\/p>\n

The former Duke of York, 66, was spotted accosting Sir Tim, 71, outside St George\u2019s Chapel in Windsor ahead of the Easter Sunday Service last year.<\/p>\n

Body language expert Judi James said Andrew displayed an air of \u201carrogance\u201d as he cornered the \u201ctrapped\u201d vice admiral outside the chapel, according to The Daily Mail.<\/p>\n

Lip reader Nicola Hickling said Andrew went up to Sir Timothy and asked him: \u201cAre you aware what happened two days ago?\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n

The ex-prince then gestured over his shoulder in the direction of the chapel, and allegedly said: \u201cTried to blacken me.\u201d<\/p>\n

At the time, Andrew had been embroiled in a scandal over his relationship with accused Chinese spy, Yang Tengbo,<\/a> also known as Chris Yang.<\/p>\n

Andrew first met the Chinese businessman in 2013, and they became close confidants, so much so that Yang was a key figure in Andrew’s now-defunct Pitch@Palace initiative.<\/p>\n

In December 2024, leaked documents revealed the extent of their relationship<\/a>, and Yang was accused of using their friendship to exert influence on Andrew.<\/p>\n

According to the body language expert, Andrew appeared \u201creflective or frustrated\u201d in the wake of the scandal, which prompted Sir Tim to issue some words of warning.<\/p>\n

\u201cAndrew, you need to calm down,\u201d the former Royal Navy officer told his brother-in-law.<\/p>\n

The then-prince appeared to brush off Sir Tim\u2019s advice, instead shaking his head and responding: \u201cNo, he won\u2019t get away with it. We haven\u2019t spoke in a while. Perhaps I should ask him\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cYes, yes,\u201d Sir Tim is believed to have said, before Andrew carried on: “I don’t even know why it was done. I am bemused, and I think it will reveal itself and then what.”<\/p>\n

Seemingly attempting to put an end to their conversation, Sir Tim then chimed in to say that Anne would speak to Andrew in a moment.<\/p>\n

It is unclear who Andrew was talking about.<\/p>\n

The 2025 Easter Service was attended by most members of the Royal Family, including King Charles, Queen Camilla, Prince Edward, Duchess Sophie, Andrew\u2019s ex-wife Sarah Ferguson and their daughters Beatrice and Eugenie.<\/p>\n

Prince William and Princess Catherine decided not to attend the service, instead spending the day with their three children on the Sandringham Estate, as they had also done in 2024.<\/a><\/p>\n

The service was one of the final times Andrew was seen publicly with his family.<\/p>\n

Just six months later, King Charles stripped him of his titles and privileges<\/a> and evicted him from Royal Lodge<\/a> over his ties to Jeffrey Epstein.<\/p>\n
