\u201cI had the chance to start the Tour de France in San Sebastian when I raced in 1992. There was also the recent start in the Basque Country in Bilbao, and now in Barcelona. For an event like the Tour to come to Spain, to Catalonia, is a good thing for people who love cycling and for bike fans.\u201d<\/p>\n
