LeAnn Rimes<\/a> has shocked fans with a video of herself getting a jaw massage, resulting in her sobbing heavily.<\/p>\n

The video, uploaded by \ufeffself-care provider Human Garage, showed the founder, Garry Lineham, with his hands in the 43-year-old’s mouth<\/a> as she was pinned down by another nurse.<\/p>\n

The \ufeff60-second jaw release massage is meant to release tension and lift emotional weight, which it certainly did for Rimes.<\/p>\n

After hitting the spot with the most tension, Rimes cried out and began sobbing uncontrollably, holding her jaw.<\/p>\n

When she finished, Lineham told her to say “that part of my life is over”. <\/p>\n

Rimes laughed and said, “That part of my life better be over.”<\/p>\n

Reflecting on the experience, she said, “Oh my God, you just don’t realise how much tension is in there.”<\/p>\n

Human Garage, which focuses on fascial maneuvers to reduce stress and release tension, shared in their caption, “Healing isn’t always quiet. Sometimes it’s a physical letting go of things we didn’t even know we were carrying.<\/p>\n

“You can see the exact moment the tension breaks and the emotional weight lifts, leaving her feeling visibly lighter and more aligned,” they said of Rimes’ deep jaw release.<\/p>\n

The video resulted in mixed reactions from fans, who showed concern.<\/p>\n

But others didn’t understand the appeal.\ufeff<\/p>\n

“WHY would anybody want to cry like this in front of the Internet? I’m sorry, but something’s wrong here,” replied one person.<\/p>\n

“No such thing as private moments anymore,” another commented.<\/p>\n

“Why would anyone do this,” another questioned.<\/p>\n

The country music star has been open about her struggles, previously commenting on hitting “rock bottom”.<\/p>\n

The singer and actress \u2013 who broke into the industry as a country music star at just 13 \u2013 says she is currently “thriving” but it’s taken facing the hardest challenges to get there.<\/p>\n

“We all have to break \u2013 and not just once,” she said in an interview with Us Weekly<\/a>.<\/p>\n

“It will happen often. Rock bottom looks different for everybody [but] you have a choice. In my darkest moments, it’s always been about, ‘How do I find the light again?'”<\/p>\n

\ufeffFor Rimes, those “darkest moments” have taken different forms over the years.<\/p>\n

The singer and actress \u2013 who won her first Grammy at just 14 \u2013 says she initially “felt like an outcast” as a “kid in\ufeff a very adult world”.<\/p>\n

“The whole industry had this camaraderie that I wasn’t included in because I was so young,” she told the publication.<\/p>\n

But slowly, over time, she found her people and says by the time she recorded her 17th album, 2022’s God’s Work, she had so many people around her she could call on.<\/p>\n

And while she’s found her stride, her relationship with her career hasn’t always been like this.<\/p>\n

“I’m sure there are moments\ufeff where I was like, ‘I’m done’. I still have those where I’m exhausted. I’ve done this for a long time,” she said.<\/p>\n
