Zayn Malik<\/a> is sharing how his daughter feels about his music. <\/p>\n

The 33-year-old singer recently released his latest single \u201cSideways\u201d<\/a> from his upcoming album KONNAKOL.<\/p>\n

In a new interview while promoting his music, Zayn revealed if his daughter, Khai, whom he shares with ex Gigi Hadid, gives feedback on his songs. <\/p>\n

While speaking with SiriusXM\u2019s The Pulse, Zayn was asked if he asked Khai what she thinks of his music. <\/p>\n

\u201cDefinitely. Yeah, there\u2019s some songs, like I\u2019ve said a few times that I don\u2019t want to play to her because obviously there\u2019s cuss words and stuff in there, concepts a bit adult, but she loves my music and she definitely gives me an opinion,\u201d he shared. \u201cYou know, she does this thing where she does like thumbs up, thumbs down, thumb sideways and if you get a thumbs up and a thumb sideways, it means it\u2019s pretty good.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cShe gave me a double thumbs up for a few songs and there was like a side one for one or two, I think, that she wasn\u2019t really into,\u201d Zayn added. <\/p>\n

Zayn also added that Khai is a big reason why he collaborated with BLACKPINK\u2018s Jisoo<\/a>. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n

\u201cShe\u2019s into TWICE. She\u2019s into BLACKPINK, and that was kind of, you know, a big reason behind why I did the feature with Jisoo, if I\u2019m being honest, because my daughter\u2019s such a big fan, and I wanted to be cool, you know,\u201d he dished. \u201cI got some good dad points for that, so yeah. For sure. She loves it. Yeah, I\u2019m always thinking about her when I\u2019m making my music, and she loves singing and dancing too.\u201d <\/p>\n

Zayn added that his five-year-old is aware her dad is a pop star. <\/p>\n

\u201cI think, you know, she\u2019s five. She has some concept of it. I don\u2019t think she really understands what it is, but she knows her dad\u2019s a pop star, you know, and her dad sings, and she flexes it a little bit sometimes as a 5-year-old does, you know,\u201d he said. \u201cSo yeah, she\u2019s somewhat aware, but I don\u2019t think she understands the full extent of it.\u201d<\/p>\n
