Jenny McCarthy<\/a> has shared her year of “living hell”, having gone through nine surgeries<\/a> in a year to figure out what the mystery illness<\/a> was that was taking over her life.<\/p>\n

The 53-year-old opened up about her health journey on the \ufeffHeal Squad<\/a> podcast, hosted by Maria Menounos.<\/p>\n

The actress shared that her health issues kick-started a year ago with an infected root canal, which she first got cleaned and later removed. However, because it wasn’t cleaned properly, she suffered from a jawbone infection due to “three of these little toxic pools hiding underneath my wisdom teeth.”<\/p>\n

Her root cavitations and implants kept getting infected, with the \ufeffmodel having to undergo nine surgeries on her mouth in 2025 alone.<\/p>\n

On top of that, she kept getting growths on her eye that \ufefflooked like “nastiest whitehead, puss-filled eraser top.”<\/p>\n

Every time she got one of the growths surgically removed, it would grow back four weeks later.<\/p>\n

Finally, the John Tucker Must Die star\ufeff’s functional medicine doctor decided to test her for one last thing.<\/p>\n

“My functional medicine doctor said, ‘OK, hold on. You’re the healthiest patient I have. We gotta go dig deeper,'” she recalled on the podcast.<\/p>\n

Th\ufeffe doctor called her back urgently when the results came in.<\/p>\n

“The reason why you’re having constant infections, your body won’t heal, you’re oozing things is because you have mould. You have mycotoxin poisoning,” she recalled the doctor telling her.<\/p>\n

The Masked Singer judge explained, “Mould releases this toxin in the dust particles and what happens is most people \u2026 with good immune systems can handle it. People with weaker immune systems, people with leaky gut, candida, things I am already fighting [can’t].”<\/p>\n

She added,\ufeff “I have a certain mould that causes seizures. [My doctor] goes, ‘If this thing that you’ve got crosses the blood brain barrier you’re going to be in the hospital having seizures.”<\/p>\n

In order to finally treat the illness once and for all, her doctor put her on a \ufeffheavy-duty mould protocol.<\/p>\n

She is also undergoing Extracorporeal Blood Oxygenation and Ozonation (EBOO), which is an ozone therapy that filters, oxygenates, and ozonates blood outside the patient’s body before returning it.\ufeff<\/p>\n
