On Friday afternoon, the Los Angeles Dodgers<\/a> will visit the Washington Nationals<\/a> for the start of a three-game series.<\/p>\n

They have gone 4-2 in their first six games of the 2026 MLB<\/a> season.<\/p>\n

Before the two teams face off, the Dodgers announced that they had made a trade.<\/p>\n

The Dodgers wrote:<\/a> \u201cThe Dodgers acquired LHP Jake Eder<\/a> from the Washington Nationals in exchange for cash considerations. In order to make room on the 40-man roster, the Dodgers transferred RHP Jake Cousins<\/a> to the 60-day injured list.\u201d<\/p>\n
