Ronan Keating<\/a> has splashed an eye-watering $6.3million on an exclusive pad in Sydney<\/a>‘s eastern suburbs.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The 49-year-old Voice judge and his wife Storm, 44, sealed the deal on the multi-level, five-bedroom, four-bathroom property last month.<\/p>\n

Built on a high point overlooking\u00a0Tamarama Beach, 9km from the CBD, the renovated vintage home can only be accessed on foot.<\/p>\n

The beautifully designed dwelling was last sold for $1.73million when it was snapped up by filmmaker Dave Klaiber in 2010.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Known as Waterfall House, the charming abode was first constructed as a ‘beach house’ in 1920.<\/p>\n

Surrounded by rainforest and perched on a\u00a0promontory, the original dwelling features three bedrooms and boasts a stunning view of Tamarama Park and the surrounding coastline.<\/p>\n

It is understood the Irish-born performer and his TV producer wife have been renting a $16million home for $7,500 a week in nearby Bronte.<\/p>\n

The couple tied the knot in 2015 after meeting while filming The X Factor Australia in 2012.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

He also shares three children with his ex-wife, Yvonne Connolly: Love Island UK star Jack, 27, Marie, known as Missy, 25, and Ali, 20.<\/p>\n

And proud dad Ronan took to Instagram last week to celebrate his youngest child’s birthday with a series of snaps.<\/p>\n

The Irish star wrote: ‘Oh My oh my Baby girl, where have the 6 years gone. Happy birthday, little lady.’<\/p>\n

‘We love you more than air Coco Bean Keep dancing rascal. \u2764\ufe0f\u2764\ufe0f\u2764\ufe0f\u2764\ufe0f.’<\/p>\n

Storm also shared her own photos as she wrote: ‘To my dearest little girl, you are so brave, wild, kind, funny, sweet, clever, vivacious, gentle and loving.<\/p>\n

‘Your spirit is electric and your tenderness melts my heart. Even at 6 years old, you have enough sass to take on the world – and it blows our minds how one gorgeous little bean could be packed with so much talent, intelligence and sparkle \u2728<\/p>\n

‘We are so proud of you sweetheart and we all love you so much.
