<\/p>\nHugh Jackman is taking another stab at unloading his sprawling West Village penthouse \u2014 this time with a significantly slimmer ask.<\/p>\n
The Aussie \u201cWolverine\u201d star has quietly returned his sprawling triplex at 176 Perry St. to the market, now seeking $29.9 million \u2014 nearly $10 million ($14.5 million AUD) less than the $38.9 million price tag he tested back in 2022, The Post has learned.<\/p>\n
Jackman, 57, still owns the residence with ex-wife and actress, Deborra-Lee Furness, according to property records.<\/p>\n

That earlier run didn\u2019t stick.<\/p>\n
After debuting that year at just under $39 million, the condo saw a series of reductions before ultimately slipping off the market in April 2024, according to StreetEasy.<\/p>\n
The current relaunch reflects a sharper reset \u2014 and a more realistic read of where the luxury market is landing for trophy units that once chased pandemic-era highs.<\/p>\n
The apartment itself is hard to ignore. Spanning roughly 11,000 square feet across three floors, the glassy aerie sits inside a Richard Meier-designed building \u2014 with the Pritzker Prize-winning architect also shaping the interiors.<\/p>\n
\u201cHe had done the interior of the apartment for the previous owner,\u201d Corcoran broker Deborah Grubman previously told The Post.<\/p>\n
Grubman declined to comment for this story.<\/p>\n
The scale alone puts it in rare territory. The residence stretches across the eighth through 10th floors, anchored by a double-height great room wrapped in walls of glass facing the Hudson River. A sweeping spiral staircase links each level, while terraces on every floor deliver unobstructed water and skyline views.<\/p>\n
\u201cI\u2019m particularly partial to that western view, where you can see the sunsets, Statue of Liberty and the river and boats moving. It\u2019s a view that\u2019s ever-changing,\u201d Grubman previously said.<\/p>\n
The layout reads more like a private mansion than a condo. Lower levels house multiple bedroom suites and a sprawling recreation space, while the top floor is reserved for a full-floor primary suite complete with a spa bath, a sauna and dressing areas.<\/p>\n
Even by West Village standards, it\u2019s a standout \u2014 minimalist, massive and designed to showcase light at every turn.<\/p>\n
The relisting also lands at a moment of broader transition for Jackman.<\/p>\n
The actor and Furness, 70, who split in 2023 after nearly three decades of marriage, have begun dividing their real-estate holdings \u2014 including a separate Chelsea penthouse that recently traded in a complex intra-family deal.<\/p>\n
