The 50-year-old winner of 15 major titles and a PGA Tour record-tying 82 events is shown taking a sobriety test and being handcuffed after that.<\/p>\n \u201cAt this time, I do believe your normal faculties are impaired,\u201d a deputy told Woods. \u201cAnd you\u2019re under an unknown substance, so at this time you are under arrest for DUI.\u201d<\/p>\n Police found two hydrocodone painkiller pills on Woods when he was arrested. <\/p>\n Woods told deputies he had taken \u201ca few\u201d prescription medications earlier in the day and told authorities he had undergone seven back operations and more than 20 surgeries on his right leg, according to the arrest report.<\/p>\n Woods has pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence. <\/p>\n He was also charged with refusing to take a urinalysis test.<\/p>\n On Friday, vision also emerged from the incident which showed Woods boasting to police that he was on the phone to US President Donald Trump.<\/p>\n Woods waited patiently in the police cruiser while the cops prepped his field sobriety test.<\/p>\n At one point, he walked away from the vehicle to chat with someone on the phone. One observing officer noted that he was \u201cmoving randomly.\u201d<\/p>\n Woods freely wandered down a nearby walkway for several minutes before an officer ushered him back to the cruiser.\u201cThank you so much. All right. You got it.
