I read your (Cornes) article and I tried to imagine him in a Hawthorn jumper,\u201d Mitchell said on SEN radio<\/a> on Friday morning.<\/p>\n \u201cIn the same way that I\u2019m sure Adam Kingsley imagines our players in their jumpers and thinks, \u2018Aw, that\u2019d be nice\u2019,\u201d Mitchell said.<\/p>\n \u201cWe are always trying to improve our list and we wouldn\u2019t say no to too many types. <\/p>\n \u201cA couple of years ago, we were really youth-based. Who\u2019s going to play in the next flag? Who\u2019s going to drive us to where we need to go?<\/p>\n \u201cAnd then you get to a point when you feel like you\u2019re not too far away and you\u2019re looking for final pieces of the puzzle. <\/p>\n \u201cWe brought in Tom Barrass a couple of years ago who was nearing 30 at the time.
