Tennis legend Sir Andy Murray has revealed that he could return to coaching in the future.<\/p>\n

The 38-year-old stunned fans in late 2024 when he announced that he would be mentoring Novak Djokovic at the 2025 Australian Open<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Djokovic made it to the semi-finals of the tournament but was forced to drop out due to injury.<\/p>\n

The pair split a few months later, shortly before the start of Wimbledon.<\/p>\n

Murray has not coached professionally since, but that could change in the near future.<\/p>\n

Asked by The Athletic<\/a> if he would consider a return to coaching, the Scot responded: \u201cI think at some stage I probably would.<\/p>\n

\u201cMy priorities are lying elsewhere just now, but I would do it again in the future.<\/p>\n

\u201cI do like the idea of helping a much younger player, a little bit like \u2013 not that I would expect it to turn out like this \u2013 the [Juan Carlos] Ferrero-[Carlos] Alcaraz relationship.<\/p>\n

\"Novak<\/p>\n

\u201cA younger player that you\u2019re really able to help and have a really positive influence on. I would find something like that quite interesting, but certainly not right now.\u201d<\/p>\n

Murray has taken up golf since retiring from his playing career two years ago.<\/p>\n

He is also working on several investments.<\/p>\n

Last month he joined a host of huge stars \u2013 including Ant and Dec and Theo Walcott \u2013 to invest in a rising golf brand.<\/p>\n

And more recently he joined Sheffield United striker Patrick Bamford in working with British footwear brand hylo.<\/p>\n
