The UFC will have a future title challenger on their hands if Ethyn Ewing keeps it up.<\/p>\n

At UFC Fight Night 272, Ewing (10-2 MMA, 2-0 UFC) put on a sequel that was much like the original. Continuing where he left off in his impressive win over Malcolm Wellmaker in November, Ewing became the first man to defeat Rafael Estevam (14-1 MMA, 3-1 UFC) when he finished him with a big body shot TKO at the 1:44 mark of Round 3. The bantamweight bout took place at Meta APEX in Las Vegas.<\/p>\n

Despite Estevam’s impressive resume (and extra pounds, missing weight on the scale), Ewing essentially danced circles around the Brazilian in a flow-state. Ewing seemed always one step ahead and piled up the damage until a massive punch to the body shut Estevam down completely.<\/p>\n

Ewing didn’t have any names to drop on the microphone post-fight, though he did say he’s coming for all the undefeated fighters in the division.<\/p>\n
