Sizzling Amanda Holden<\/a> has caused a meltdown on Instagram after posing in a tiny string bikini on her latest sun-soaked getaway.<\/p>\n

The television and radio star, who shot to fame in the 90s<\/a>, donned a green two piece and grabbed a coconut for an impromptu photo shoot. Taking time out from the family’s trip to America, Amanda flaunted her tan as she stood on the sand.<\/p>\n

In typically cheeky style, the Britain\u2019s Got Talent<\/a> judge – famed for her daring outfits on the talent show which have even led to some Ofcom complaints <\/a>– left little to the imagination as she took a took saucy sip from her drink. The 55-year-old captioned the collection: “Sunshine, coconuts & family =holiday Bikini @melissaodabash.”<\/p>\n

As expected, the comments flowed. One told her she was the “hottest girl in Miami” while someone else teased: “Just love Mandy’s coconuts!” Another follower joked: “Still say Les Dennis<\/a> deserves a knighthood!” The star was on the trip with husband Chris Hughes and daughters Lexi, 20, and 14-year-old Hollie.<\/p>\n

Amanda recently revealed the brutally honest verdict her hubby has given about one particular part of her appearance. She made the admission while appearing alongside fellow presenter and best friend Alan Carr on the Table Manners podcast with Jessie and Lennie Ware.<\/p>\n

As she chatted to the hosts, conversation soon turned to unusual career ideas and the surprising earning potential of online content. As the discussion unfolded, Jessie asked Alan what type of show he would like to make after winning Celebrity Traitors, prompting a humorous reply about future ambitions. Alan jokingly suggested that he had \u201cdone it all\u201d with his own sitcom, a travel show with best friend Amanda and an interior design programme.<\/p>\n

The 49-year-old then quipped that his next move could potentially be a film, becoming an astronaut or starting an OnlyFans<\/a> account. Jessie joked about whether there would be demand, leading Amanda to ask: \u201cWhich bit would you show?\u201d Alan replied: \u201cMy feet, I\u2019ve got lovely feet.\u201d Amanda agreed the niche could be lucrative, saying: \u201cI keep thinking we should do feet because you can earn a fortune.\u201d<\/p>\n

However, when asked about her own feet, the presenter delivered a self-deprecating punchline that revealed her husband\u2019s opinion. She said: \u201cNo, my husband says, I look lovely till I get to my ankles, and then he says my feet are like little wool sausages that have been hit with a mallet.\u201d<\/p>\n

But Heart FM host puts a lot of work into looking as sensational as she does<\/a> in her mid-50s, previously admitting she has and will always care about her appearance.<\/p>\n

Opening up during an interview with Good Housekeeping last summer, she admitted that she\u2019s all for the \u2018more is more\u2019 approach, joking that she wanted to look like \u2018an ageing Barbie doll when she\u2019s 70\u2019.<\/p>\n

There are a few daily beauty secrets the star swears by – and one is a strict regimen of daily Revive Collagen supplements, non-surgical treatments like Collagenwave and Morpheus8 radiofrequency – having downgraded from having regular Botox to the more subtle, medical-grade ‘tweakments’.<\/p>\n

Amanda also runs three to four miles a week, as well as doing Kundalini yoga and following the ‘Viking workout regime’, previously telling TV Times: ‘I am not a slave to any beauty or fitness regime because I love food too much.<\/p>\n

\u201cBut the deal I struck with myself was I have to run for my ros\u00e9 wine in the summer and run for my red wine in winter.\u201d<\/p>\n
