Pheobe Bishop has been adjourned to May 15 \u2014 the first anniversary of Pheobe&#8217;s disappearance.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_paragraph___QITb\">Tanika Kristan Bromley did not appear when her matter was mentioned in the Bundaberg Magistrates Court today.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_paragraph___QITb\">She has been charged with one count of murder and two counts of interfering with a data-component=\"Typography\">Teenager Pheobe Bishop went missing on May 15, 2025.\u00a0 (Supplied: QPS)<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_paragraph___QITb\">The court heard the defence was still waiting on outstanding material for the large brief of evidence.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_paragraph___QITb\">James Thomas Muir Wood also has been charged over the alleged murder of the teenager.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_paragraph___QITb\">Emergency services conducted a large search for Pheobe when she failed to board a flight from Bundaberg Airport on May 15, 2025.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_paragraph___QITb\">Her body was found in bushland near Gin Gin weeks later.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_paragraph___QITb\">The case of a third person charged over Pheobe&#8217;s alleged murder, Kieren Daniel Mittelheuser, was also mentioned in the Bundaberg Magistrates Court today.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"A man sitting on a boat\" class=\"Image_image__5tFYM with two counts of accessory after the fact to murder and one count of attempting to pervert justice.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_paragraph___QITb\">The court heard his application for Legal Aid funding had been refused, and his lawyer was in the process of appealing that decision.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_paragraph___QITb\">Mr Mittelheuser is expected to appear in court again on May
