Sportradar, the global data and digital content service provider, has bolstered its presence in Brazil by adding basketball\u2019s Liga Nacional de Basquete (LNB) governing body to its growing list of major sport clients in the country.<\/p>\n

The multi-year partnership sees Sportradar secure global betting data and audiovisual rights to all LNB-organized competitions, including the top-tier men\u2019s NBB Caixa league, men\u2019s second-tier Liga Ouro, the Copa Super Eight domestic cup competition, U-20\u2019s Development League, Interligas, and the Interligas Development League.<\/p>\n

As part of the agreement, LNB will utilize Sportradar\u2019s portfolio, including Synergy Stats for data collection and analytics and Synergy Coaching, the AI-powered video analysis and scouting platform.<\/p>\n

LNB will also integrate Sportradar\u2019s Universal Fraud Detection System, as well as educational workshops for athletes, administrators, and referees to safeguard over 620 matches per season from match-fixing.<\/p>\n

LNB president Rodrigo Montoro said:\u00a0\u201cWe are\u00a0very pleased\u00a0with this partnership. Sportradar is a global benchmark in innovation, data, and integrity, and this agreement will certainly enhance the development of Brazilian basketball starting next season.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt is a partnership that strongly positions us in both the national and international markets and will bring significant benefits to our sport over the next four years.\u201d<\/p>\n

The deal adds to Sportradar\u2019s portfolio of sports clients in Brazil, with the company having already secured partnerships with the Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF) and the Brazilian Volleyball Confederation (CBV).<\/p>\n
