The 2025-26 Academic All-District\u00ae Basketball teams have been announced recently by College Sport Communicators (CSC). This award recognize the nation’s top student-athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom.<\/p>\n
Five Mules representing Colby Men’s and Women’s Basketball were named to the list. Sam Hinman<\/a> of the men’s program and Amelia Hanscom<\/a>, Ana Von Rumohr<\/a>, Lydia Mordarski<\/a>, and Talia Thompson<\/a> of the women’s team. This is the second time that Hanscom, Von Rumohr, and Mordarski have been recognized.<\/p>\n Outstanding student-athletes are nominated for Academic All-District\u00ae recognition by current CSC members and must meet high academic and athletic standards. To qualify, student-athletes must be at least a sophomore academically and athletically, have a minimum 3.50 cumulative GPA and must compete in 90 percent of the institution’s games played OR must start in at least 66 percent of the institution’s games.\u00a0<\/p>\n
