(WBAY) &#8211; A local radio station announced a major change for its popular morning drive show.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">WBAY radio partner 95.9 KISS-FM says morning host Otis Day is no longer with the station. We\u2019re efforting to learn why.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">KISS-FM says Eddie will be joining current hosts Katie Schurk and Nick Vitrano while they search for a new morning host.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">In a statement, KISS-FM said in part, \u201cWe are working hard to find the perfect permanent host to join the crew and will share news with you when available.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Day\u2019s show aired weekday mornings from 5 to 9 a.m.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">He went on the air at KISS-FM in November 2023. Before that, he worked at competing radio station 101 WIXX for 24 years until leaving in 2022.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Katie &amp; Nick moved to KISS-FM to join Day in 2024 after the retirement of WIXX\u2019s Murphy in the Morning.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">KISS-FM is owned by Woodward Community Media. <\/p>\n<p class=\"copyright |\">Copyright 2026 WBAY.
