RL Commercial strike Deloitte deal

RL Commercial have announced a link up with financial experts Deloitte in a bid to strengthen the organisation’s re-capitalisation project.

Deloitte, a leading global professional services provider, have been appointed as a strategic advisor to work specifically with their Sports Business Group.

The aim of the partnership is for Deloitte to work with RL Commercial to help secure financial aspects of the sport in the UK and France and ensure it is as prosperous as possible.

That includes helping to spot and develop investment opportunities into the game to build on a period in which the game believes as though it has made big strides forward off the field, in terms of interest and engagement.

The deal is a significant one for RL Commercial, given Deloitte’s status and standing in sport and business in general.

The company, who many will recognise from their annual Football Money League, has been working in sport for over 30 years and has recently done similar work with the England and Wales Cricket Board to bring investment into the The Hundred.

“Rugby League is strongly positioned for growth and investment, and by appointing trusted experts at Deloitte, we believe this is the right moment to secure the most advantageous outcome for the sport,” RL Commercial Managing Director Rhodri Jones said.

“We have been in active discussions with a number of prospective partners in recent months, and bringing Deloitte on board at this stage to provide guidance and explore opportunities in greater detail represents a prudent and professional next step.”

RL Commercial have appointed Deloitte as a strategic advisor RL Commercial strike Deloitte deal RL Commercial have announced…

[567
64,63,760,85
post-597875","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","category-rugby","tag-au","tag-australia","tag-rugby","tag-sports
["GET
