Popular reality TV personality Porsha Williams has hard-launched her relationship on camera much to the confusion of her castmates.<\/p>\n
The Real Housewives of Atlanta star introduced her new \u201clady friend\u201d to fellow housewives Phaedra Parks, Angela Oakley and Drew Sidora in a sneak peak of episode 2 of the show\u2019s latest season, which premiered on BINGE<\/a> last week. <\/p>\n \u201cMmmm, I love these hands!\u201d Phaedra flirtatiously told the newcomer after shaking her hand. <\/p>\n In the teaser clip, Portia could be seen introducing salon owner Patrice \u201cSway\u201d McKinney to her castmates, who didn\u2019t see it coming. <\/p>\n Portia \u2013 who just ended her 15-month marriage to entrepreneur Simon Guobadia in June \u2013 even blindsided producers with the impromptu nightclub meeting.<\/p>\n \u201cThis is my lady friend, Sway,\u201d Porsha explained in a later confessional when asked by producers. \u201cI am what you call dating. I am in uncharted waters. You can just call me Christopher Columbus.\u201d<\/p>\n Stream The Real Housewives of Atlanta Season 17 now on BINGE, available on Hubbl<\/a>.<\/p>\n The confusion among the ladies is warranted given in episode 1 Portia had another love interest on her arm \u2013 a man named Michael \u2018Mike\u2019 Anthony, who sat beside her as they flirted and kissed during a dinner party at her house.<\/p>\n Drew wanted answers so when Sway went to order drinks for the ladies at the bar, she asked Portia what was up.<\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s just a date night. I\u2019m dating,\u201d she explained, adding that her and Mike are just \u201ccasual\u201d.<\/p>\n Indeed, her castmates agreed, with Phaedra saying in a confessional that Portia is a \u201cfree sprit\u201d and Angela describing Portia as \u201cvery fluid individual\u201d who \u201cdoesn\u2019t hide her attraction for anybody she\u2019s attracted to\u201d.<\/p>\n Flashback scenes from past RHOA episodes were then shown on screen \u2013 one of which featured former housewife and Grammy winner Kandi Burruss accusing Portia of wanting to \u201ceat my p***y until I came\u201d back in 2017.<\/p>\n Another scene from 2021 taken from security cameras then showed former castmate LaToya Ali straddling Porsha while they made out and grinded on each other during a wild bachelorette party for their castmate Cynthia Bailey.<\/p>\n \u201cPeople had a lot to say about me being with women in the past,\u201d Portia is heard saying in this season\u2019s upcoming episode 2.<\/p>\n \u201cI had a lot to say about me being with women in the past.
