In 2018, they had posted 217 for 4 in Bengaluru against them.<\/p>\n<p>97 for 1 RR&#8217;s total in the powerplay on Friday is their <a href=\"https:\/\/www.espncricinfo.com\/ask\/cricket-qna\/highest-powerplay-total-for-RR&amp;tournament=ipl\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">highest ever<\/a> in the IPL. Their previous highest in this phase was 89 for 1 against PBKS in 2025.<\/p>\n<p>3 Fifties by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.espncricinfo.com\/cricketers\/vaibhav-sooryavanshi-1408688\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Vaibhav Sooryavanshi<\/a> under 18 balls in the IPL, the most by any batter. Six other batters have two fifties apiece in less than 18 balls in the league.<\/p>\n<p>In all, Sooryavanshi has four T20 fifties in less than 18 balls. Abhishek Sharma (5) had more, while Chris Gayle and Kieron Pollard also have four each (where ESPNcricinfo has data).<\/p>\n<p>Friday was the second instance of Sooryavanshi scoring a 15-ball fifty in the IPL. Jake Fraser-McGurk is the other batter with two such fifties, both in the 2024 season.<\/p>\n<p>17.51 Run rate of the partnership between Sooryavanshi and Dhruv Jurel, who added 108 runs from just 6.1 overs. It is the <a href=\"https:\/\/stats.espncricinfo.com\/ci\/engine\/stats\/index.html?class=6;filter=advanced;orderby=fow_run_rate;partnership_runsmin1=100;partnership_runsval1=partnership_runs;template=results;trophy=117;type=fow;view=innings\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">second-fastest<\/a> century stand in terms of run rate in the IPL, behind Abhishek and Travis Head&#8217;s 131 off 6.2 overs against Delhi Capitals (DC) in 2024, which was scored at 20.68 runs per over.<\/p>\n<p>3 Instances of Sooryavanshi scoring 50-plus runs at 300-plus strike rate in T20s. Only one man has <a href=\"https:\/\/stats.espncricinfo.com\/ci\/engine\/stats\/index.html?class=6;filter=advanced;orderby=player;qualmin1=300;qualval1=batting_strike_rate;runsmin1=50;runsval1=runs;size=200;template=results;type=batting;view=innings\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">as many or more such scores<\/a>: Pollard (4). Two of Sooryavanshi&#8217;s 50-plus scores while striking at 300-plus came <a href=\"https:\/\/stats.espncricinfo.com\/ci\/engine\/stats\/index.html?class=6;filter=advanced;orderby=player;qualmin1=300;qualval1=batting_strike_rate;runsmin1=50;runsval1=runs;size=200;template=results;trophy=117;type=batting;view=innings\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">in the IPL<\/a>. Fraser-McGurk is the only other player with two such scores.<\/p>\n<p>107 Runs RCB added after the fall of their sixth wicket, the <a href=\"https:\/\/stats.espncricinfo.com\/ci\/engine\/stats\/index.html?class=6;filter=advanced;groupby=innings;orderby=fow_runs;partnership_wicketmin1=7;partnership_wicketval1=partnership_wicket;template=results;trophy=117;type=fow\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">second-most<\/a> by any team in the IPL.
