The iconic actress was spotted at Taronga Zoo with her rarely-seen husband, Bader Shammas, and their two-year-old son Luai last Wednesday.<\/p>\n

Lindsay cut a casual figure in a pair of blue jeans, which she paired with a black long-sleeve T-shirt and jacket to shield her from the Aussie winter cold.<\/p>\n

The Parent Trap alum threw her long locks in a relaxed low ponytail tied up with a scrunchie while opting for a dewy, fresh-faced makeup look that accentuated her line-free visage.<\/p>\n

Disney\u2019s Freakier Friday has achieved a major box office milestone, earning back its production budget in just three days, despite opening at No<\/a>. 2 in the United States.<\/p>\n

The sequel, which reunites Jamie Lee Curtis and Lindsay Lohan more than 20 years after Freaky Friday (2003), debuted to an estimated $45 million in the US over the August 8 weekend.<\/a><\/p>\n

The film was narrowly edged out of the top spot by Zach Cregger\u2019s horror thriller Weapons, which took in $64 million in North America.<\/p>\n

Strong international turnout boosted Freakier Friday\u2019s global total to $69 million, including $24 million from overseas markets, according to Deadline.<\/p>\n

While recouping costs so quickly is a positive sign, industry analysts note that films typically need to gross around 2.5 times their production budgets to turn a profit, putting the sequel\u2019s estimated break-even point at roughly $161 million.<\/p>\n

The original Freaky Friday opened to $34 million domestically before reaching $246.5 million globally.<\/p>\n

If the new instalment follows a similar trajectory, it could top $306.55 million worldwide by the end of its theatrical run, which would increase the likelihood of a third film.<\/p>\n

In 2003, Jamie Lee and Lohan starred in the smash hit comedy, Freaky Friday, which sees the two characters switch bodies.<\/p>\n

Fans had long hoped for a sequel to the iconic comedy but had to wait two decades after the original first hit theatres.<\/p>\n

Jamie Lee recently revealed why there was such a long gap between the two releases as she admitted she has long had her eye on a follow-up movie.<\/p>\n

Despite barely having been able to see eye-to-eye, the magical switch eventually allows them to see things from the other’s point of view.<\/p>\n

The sequel sees the iconic pairing switch places once again, though this time there is quadruple chaos in store.<\/p>\n

Anna (Lindsay) is preparing to tie the knot with Eric Davies (Manny Jacinto), but things are proving difficult as her teenage daughter Harper (Julia Butters) despises Eric’s teenager Lily (Sophia Hammons).<\/p>\n

Harper highlights her disgust as she’s heard reciting mock wedding vows, in which she brands her soon-to-be step-sister ‘a little demon thing with an obnoxious accent.’<\/p>\n

A flash forward to Anna’s bachelorette party sees her and mother Tess Coleman sit down with a fortune teller (Vanessa Bayer), who warns them they may learn another lesson by ‘walking in each other\u2019s paths’.<\/p>\n

Anna and Tess then find themselves caught up in yet another ‘freaky’ body swap incident – only this time, it’s not just between the two of them.<\/p>\n

The next morning, Anna discovers she’s swapped bodies with daughter Harper, while Tess, aka ‘Grandma’, is now in the body of Anna’s step-daughter Lily.<\/p>\n
