Carlos Ulberg<\/a> captured the vacant UFC Light Heavyweight Title by knocking out Jiri Prochazka <\/a>at 3:45 of the first round during UFC 327.\u00a0<\/p>\n This was despite fighting through a knee injury suffered in the opening moments of the bout. Within the first 60 seconds, as Ulberg retreated to avoid an attack from Proch\u00e1zka. Replays showed the knee hyperextending as Ulberg planted to counter. He was immediately compromised, losing his lateral movement and stumbling.<\/p>\n Proch\u00e1zka sensed the vulnerability instantly, as he began a relentless attack, thudding low kicks into Ulberg\u2019s leg. As Jiri leaned in with a heavy right hand, Ulberg unloaded a counter left hook that landed flush on the chin. Proch\u00e1zka went out cold before he hit the canvas.
