{"id":602206,"date":"2026-04-12T14:29:23","date_gmt":"2026-04-12T14:29:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/au\/602206\/"},"modified":"2026-04-12T14:29:23","modified_gmt":"2026-04-12T14:29:23","slug":"completely-rolled-me-frasers-taupo-battle","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/au\/602206\/","title":{"rendered":"\u2018Completely rolled me\u2019: Fraser\u2019s Taup\u014d battle"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>PREMIAIR Racing driver <a href=\"https:\/\/www.v8sleuth.com.au\/stats-driver-2633-Declan-Fraser\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Declan Fraser<\/a> had far from the ideal lead-in to the first leg of Supercars\u2019 New Zealand doubleheader.<\/p>\n<p>Sources suggest Fraser would have been forced to the sidelines had racing been a week earlier \u2013 so unwell he was \u2013 and he still wasn\u2019t 100 percent by the time the Taup\u014d Super440 actually arrived.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cA couple of people just told me it was the man flu and to get over it,\u201d Fraser laughed to V8 Sleuth.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt sort of hit me on Friday last week, just a heap of cold sweats and fevers and coughing and ended up having a sinus infection and then some other form of sickness that I can\u2019t even pronounce properly.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt completely rolled me.
