The point came down to the No. 2 match between Amelia Tye\/Amanda De Oliveira and WMU&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/wmubroncos.com\/sports\/womens-tennis\/roster\/audrey-smitek\/15538\" rel=\"smarttag nofollow noopener\" rev=\"15538\" target=\"_blank\">Audrey Smitek<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/wmubroncos.com\/sports\/womens-tennis\/roster\/lola-glantz\/15535\" rel=\"smarttag nofollow noopener\" rev=\"15535\" target=\"_blank\">Lola Glantz<\/a>. The match went to a tie-breaker, with UMASS winning it 7-6 (8-6).<\/p>\n<p>Smitek recorded the lone point for WMU, beating Pavissich 6-4, 6-4 at No. 3.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>On Sunday, the Broncos dropped the doubles point and then went down 2-0 after a loss at No. 6 singles. Smitek won her second match of the weekend, this time at No. 2 over Julia Laspro 6-2, 6-2. The victory extended Smitek&#8217;s winning streak to five matches. <a href=\"https:\/\/wmubroncos.com\/sports\/womens-tennis\/roster\/sienna-osborne\/15537\" rel=\"smarttag nofollow noopener\" rev=\"15537\" target=\"_blank\">Sienna Osborne<\/a> tied the match up at 2-2 after a 6-2, 6-4 win at No. 5 over Liv Roestel.
