This rescue dog has his first encounter with a tiger toy, and going by the video, it seems the pooch was not at all happy to see the huge stuffed animal in the house. The dog dad recently uploaded a video of the pup\u2019s reaction to social media, leaving many laughing. As of the time of writing, the clip has garnered more than 16,000 likes.\u00a0<\/p>\n

This rescue dog named Cactus<\/a> was thrilled to see his dad, Michael Henry. However, he was not excited to see the stuffed toy he bought home. The clip on @cactustherescue shows that despite Henry trying to ease him by touching the stuffed animal, the pup maintained an arm\u2019s length with the animal while barking at it throughout.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Looking at his fear, the dad kept telling the pooch that it\u2019s just a stuffed animal, but Cactus was not having it. Even after being surrounded by his dad and uncle, the pup not once tried to go near the tiger toy. He simply kept barking at it and running away from it. It kept hinting that he did not like the toy at all. The pup\u2019s reaction even left the dad stunned, who finally had to hide the toy in the closet. \u00a0<\/p>\n

Looking at his rescue dog\u2019s reaction, the dad was left amused. He confessed in the caption that \u201cCactus had his first ever run in with a tiger, but in all seriousness, I was not expecting this reaction at all.\u201d Henry even clarified that this is not the pup\u2019s first stuffed toy, as \u201che has seen other big stuffed animals and has a massive human sized stuff bear.\u201d However, the parent thinks \u201cthe tiger really set off some instinctual fear.\u201d<\/p>\n

And it seems the netizens could not agree more, as one follower said, \u201cHe was so grateful when you hid it.\u201d While another person also sided with the pup and mentioned, \u201cPoor Cactus! Don\u2019t blame him-the tiger looked pretty scary!
