Jack Miller is still waiting for Pramac to make a decision on their 2026 MotoGP line-up as the summer break draws to a close.<\/p>\n

The Australian rider has been the team\u2019s most consistent performer this season, with teammate Miguel Oliveira sidelined for some time with an injury.<\/p>\n

Pramac<\/a> have been waiting for deadlines to pass before making the call on who will partner MotoGP<\/a> debutant Toprak Razgatlioglu<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Considering his contributions to Yamaha, such as a second place at the Suzuka 8 Hour, it wouldn\u2019t be a surprise if Miller<\/a> is retained, but nobody quite knows who the front-runner is for the seat.<\/p>\n

Many of the MotoGP grid \u2018think\u2019 that Razgatlioglu will win races<\/a> when he joins his team, and with a new V4 bike on the way, it could be a very lucrative ride.<\/p>\n

However, Pramac remind Miller \u2018every single day\u2019<\/a> that they are \u2018angry\u2019 with him for letting a victory slip through his grasp earlier in the season at Le Mans. Winning there might have guaranteed his place for 2026.<\/p>\n

One of the hottest Moto2<\/a> prospects linked with a potential promotion for 2026 has been championship leader Manu Gonzalez<\/a>.<\/p>\n

He has a 25-point lead with four rounds to go, and stands a strong chance of being crowned champion at the end of the season.<\/p>\n

Pramac were told to sign Gonzalez instead of Miller<\/a>, but it would be hard to overlook the Aussie\u2019s decade of experience in the premier class.<\/p>\n

There are other options on the grid, but the scarcity of availability means that Gonzalez may be forced to wait for an opening.<\/p>\n

Speaking to SPEEDWEEK<\/a>, he admitted that his eyes are set on winning the Moto2 title, while the outlet also reports that he\u2019s \u2018certain\u2019 he won\u2019t move to Superbikes for next year. It\u2019s another name for Miller to continue to contend with.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe most important thing is to win the championship this year. I\u2019m aware that there are fewer spots available in MotoGP for 2026. But contracts can always change,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s often happened that something has changed despite a contract. All I can do is make sure I keep winning races.\u201d<\/p>\n

Why resigning Jack Miller is a good idea for Pramac in 2026<\/p>\n

Following a strong performance at the 2025 Suzuka 8 Hour, Miller might have earned himself even more kudos back in Japan.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s a massive event for them, and by leading them close to victory, he will have reminded them of his talents and determination to lead them back to the top.<\/p>\n

He works well in tandem with factory rider Fabio Quartararo, and ahead of a new set of regulations, his feedback should be able to help push them in a positive direction.<\/p>\n

There\u2019s no guarantee that Razgatlioglu can get used to his new bike quickly, and Pramac won\u2019t want to have a rookie still learning the ropes as that is happening too.
