Brumbies and Wallabies second-row Nick Frost has revealed that he battled to get in and out of his car due to the effects of a gruelling 2025 campaign.<\/p>\n
The 26-year-old has been a mainstay for club and country in recent years but was absent from the Brumbies\u2019 squads for the first four matches of their 2026 Super Rugby Pacific campaign.<\/p>\n
This, after he endured an arduous 2025 season in which he was regularly in the Brumbies<\/a> and Australia\u2019s starting line-ups.<\/p>\n Present in most of the Wallabies\u2019 Tests<\/p>\n In the international arena, Frost<\/a> was in action in 13 out of 15 of the Wallabies<\/a>\u2018 Tests of which he played the full 80 minutes in 10 of those including the physically intense three-Test series against the British and Irish Lions.<\/p>\n He admitted that he was not ready to return to action with the Brumbies when their Super Rugby Pacific<\/a> campaign kicked off earlier this year.<\/p>\n \u201cAnything that involved bending my knees, so sitting up, standing, I just really struggled getting in and out of the car,\u201d he told AAP.<\/p>\n \u201cAt the start, I wasn\u2019t as keen as I thought I\u2019d be to get back out there \u2026 I wasn\u2019t moving well at all.
