Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH)<\/a>, the team in orange, now have two batters leading the race for the Orange Cap<\/a> after Heinrich Klaasen<\/a> and Ishan Kishan<\/a> moved up to occupy the top two spots in the IPL 2026<\/a> run charts.<\/p>\n

Kishan leapfrogged 22 batters with his 44-ball 91, while Klaasen moved up from the third spot with his 26-ball 40. Teen sensation Vaibhav Sooryavanshi, who had occupied the top spot coming into the game between Rajasthan Royals (RR)<\/a> and SRH fell for a first-ball duck.<\/p>\n

The SRH pair also joined Sooryavanshi in being the first three players to cross the 200-run mark this season.<\/p>\n

Sooryavanshi’s opening partner Jaiswal, who is fifth on the list, could add just one run to his tally, while Dhruv Jurel, sixth on the list, also failed to score against SRH.<\/p>\n

RR legspinner Ravi Bishnoi stayed on second place in the Purple Cap race as he went wicketless, but his team-mate Jofra Archer took two wickets to go fourth with a tally of seven wickets in five games.<\/p>\n

Harsh Dubey is the only SRH bowler in the top 10 of the wicket-takers’ list this season, and he couldn’t add to his total, but Eshan Malinga has joined him on five wickets with two against RR.
