For competitive play, users can drop the resolution to 720p to unlock a blistering 720Hz.

The panel is based on LG Display’s latest fourth-generation Tandem WOLED technology, delivering improved brightness and contrast over earlier OLEDs. Sony is also leaning heavily into motion clarity, with a new motion blur reduction system that uses black frame insertion while maintaining a rapid 0.02ms response time.

The feature set reflects feedback from pro gamers, with a redesigned stand offering a smaller footprint and wider tilt range, plus a new “super anti-glare” coating to reduce reflections in bright environments.
