\n\tKATSEYE<\/a> is on a hot streak. After releasing new single \u201cPinky Up\u201d and performing at the first weekend of Coachella, the girl group has announced that it has a new EP coming up called Wild.<\/p>\n

\n\tAs revealed Wednesday (April 15), the project will drop on Aug. 14 via HYBE x Geffen Records. According to its countdown page on Spotify, it\u2019ll feature five tracks, including \u201cPinky Up.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tThe EP\u2019s cover art has not yet been revealed. On Instagram<\/a>, members Daniela, Lara, Megan, Sophia and Yoonchae celebrated the announcement by sharing a cute video of themselves backstage at Coachella. \u201cThey don\u2019t know we\u2019re about to announce our new EP, Wild,\u201d they say in unison before the camera cuts to their mind-boggling crowd of thousands at the festival over the weekend. <\/p>\n

\n\tThe new set will mark KATSEYE\u2019s first EP since last year\u2019s Beautiful Chaos, which reached No. 4 on the Billboard 200<\/a> and features Billboard Hot 100<\/a> hits \u201cGnarly\u201d and \u201cGabriela.\u201d It\u2019ll also be the group\u2019s first multitrack project since HYBE announced<\/a> that member Manon would be taking a hiatus to \u201cfocus on her health and well-being.\u201d When the \u201cPinky Up\u201d music video dropped<\/a> on April 9, Manon was absent from the visual.<\/p>\n

\n\tAfter making their Coachella debut on April 10, the other five members are set to return to the desert for weekend two on April 17. In an interview with Zane Lowe ahead of the first festival performance, Sophia said, \u201cManon has been on hiatus, and we love her so much, and we know that she\u2019s doing well \u2026 we\u2019ve gone through so much with each other.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cI think we also want to say she\u2019s our sister forever,\u201d added Lara<\/a> at the time. \u201cWe love her so much, and we built this together. So we just want to give her all the space and love she needs right now.\u201d<\/p>\n
