McGregor and his partners sold a majority stake in Proper No. 12 for an estimated $600 million. Lobov allegedly sought a roughly $30 million payout<\/p>\n<p>Proceedings at the High Court were briefly adjourned Wednesday morning before Andrew Walker, representing Lobov, informed Judge John Jordan that the matter had been resolved. While the financial terms remain strictly confidential, a signed settlement agreement was formally submitted to the court.<\/p>\n<p>The Reaction<\/p>\n<p>Lobov told reporters he was \u201chappy\u201d with the outcome. Although McGregor was not present, his barrister Mark Lynam read a statement on his behalf that immediately shifted focus back to his fighting career.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI am satisfied this matter has been resolved and I can focus on my training and this summer\u2019s fight.
