NEW ORLEANS \u2013 Come out to Yulman Stadium this Saturday, April 18, for the 2026 Tulane Football Spring Scrimmage. Admission is FREE and parking is also FREE in Diboll Garage. The action starts at 9 a.m. with gates opening at 8:30 a.m. The practice session is expected to last until 11 a.m.<\/p>\n
The day starts with a walk-through, stretching, special teams, individual work, and red zone drills. The morning will also feature a 30-minute scrimmage, along with special teams and offensive line competitions.<\/p>\n
Please note that Gates A and C will be both be closed. Gate B will open at 8:30 a.m. All fan seating will be limited to the East Sideline in Sections 101-111. The open restroom for the event will be in the South Endzone only. All of Tulane’s normal gameday operations will be in effect, including the clear bag policy and cashless concession stands.\u00a0There will be food and beverage portables on the East Concourse in Section 109 & 110 for juice, iced coffee, chips, and snacks. A hospitality area for football letterwinners will be hosted by the athletics department on the Times-Picayune.com deck.<\/p>\n

\nThe Green Wave finished the 2025 season ranked No. 18 in both the Associated Press and USA Today Coaches Polls. This marked only the second time in four seasons, the third since 1998, and the fourth since 1970 that the program has finished a season nationally ranked.<\/p>\n
Tulane won the American Conference Championship, securing its second conference title in four years. With an 11-3 record, it earned its first-ever playoff appearance in school history against Ole Miss. Notably, Tulane became the first team from Louisiana to make the College Football Playoff (CFP) in the 12-team format, qualifying as the fourth-highest ranked conference champion.<\/p>\n
The 2025 season featured 11 wins in 14 games, including two victories over Power 4 opponents\u2014the first time since 1988. The win over North Texas (34-21) secured Tulane’s second conference title in four years.<\/p>\n
The team earned 13 All-Conference selections, including the Special Teams Player of the Year.
